Keep archived Native Sessions out of primary Tasks

Question

After retention removes local data for an explicitly Archived Task, how must OpenAIDE represent its surviving Agent-owned Native Session so that it remains Archive-only and cannot reappear in primary Tasks without an explicit Restore? Distinguish this from rediscovery of a retained Open Task.
