I'm not sure if it's because I'm British and my accent throws it off, or because the voice recognition itself is just not that capable, but compared to stock Siri (which is pretty reliable at detecting my voice, even for how old iOS 6 is), this genuinely almost never recognises anything I tell it.
Simple stuff like saying 'Hi' or 'How are you doing today?' gets muddled up, as does asking 'What's the weather like today?' (In fact, it never recognises me saying the word weather at all!), or trying to use the timer, where I basically have to piggyback off of it sometimes recognising the word 'time' when I ask 'What's the time right now?' even if everything else is misdetected horribly. Similarly, asking it to 'Tell me a joke' also fails (it also never seems to be able to recognise the command word 'joke' just like with 'weather'). It's to the order that I had to uninstall the tweak after obtaining it from Cydia to restore the stock internet-based Siri that can at least recognise my voice acceptably and tell jokes, tell the time & tell me some sports stats (to a limited extent ofc).
I'd probably pull the tweak from the Cydia SkyGlow repo until voice recognition's significantly improved, whilst I had been aware of this tweak's early state beforehand, me seeing it on the repo initially had me thinking it may have improved somewhat since then, especially as there were no warnings listed about the early state of the tweak.
