Standardization and Normalization the config file

It make no sense to handle so many different config file types.
Just merge all the config files and generate an sqldb in $HOME/.rsm/ .
And support to convert to different config types.

Support for different formats is for easier use (for manual editing), and support for multiple files is convenient for users to group and manage subscriptions
