Destination
A working, tested, and packaged OpenFrag v1.0.0 native Linux application. The authoritative Rust implementation must satisfy the settled product and evidence contracts, pass the full automated suite, install under the canonical application identity, and complete the redacted release gates on PC1 and PC2 for every claimed GitHub Releases, AUR, and COPR artifact. Website work begins only after the app is ready and belongs to a later effort.
Notes
OpenFrag is a GPL-3.0 native GTK4 desktop app, private Rust daemon, and bundled OpenFrag Recorder helper for Linux CS2 players. It captures and reviews highlights, imports and analyzes Premier demos, and shows stats where every number links to its evidence. There is no OpenFrag account, backend, telemetry, upload path, browser dashboard, or localhost UI. Full product language belongs in the rewritten README; vocabulary in CONTEXT.md remains authoritative.
Sessions working this map should consult the /grilling, /domain-modeling, and /prototype skills as ticket types demand. Tracker mechanics (children, claiming, Blocked-by, frontier query) are in docs/agents/issue-tracker.md.
Standing preferences: VAC safety is absolute through official interfaces only, never injection or memory reading. One install ships the native openfrag client, background openfragd service, and supervised openfrag-recorder helper. The client uses a private Unix socket and never opens SQLite directly. SQLite metadata and ordinary Demo and Clip files remain local. v1 imports local Demo files and does not sign into Steam. Automatic discovery, Share Code resolution, and Game Coordinator access require written Valve authorization or a documented supported API. Every genuine two-option decision is recorded as a five-round comparison with a winner. No em dashes appear in copy. Every repo file and folder gets a unique one-sentence description as its commit message.

GitHub release automation: build, attest, and stage immutable v1 artifacts - The pinned pipeline now verifies an annotated version tag on main, reproduces and attests canonical assets, and stages them behind protected immutable-release controls.
Native channel packages: install canonical AUR and COPR builds: AUR and Fedora 43/44 COPR recipes build the same deterministic v1.0.0 source, install canonical native paths without activation hooks, and pass clean package, lifecycle, and production smoke verification. Public channel builds remain gated on immutable release artifacts.

Founding decisions: what openfrag is and what v1 ships - Flatpak and deb packaging are deferred until after v1
Steam demo acquisition spike: compare Steamworks and owned QR sessions - automatic Steam and Game Coordinator acquisition is outside v1 while the authorization gate is closed
openfrag.app site: scope and content for launch - deferred to a later effort because Noah will create the website only after the local app is ready
