gradle.properties is a symlink to /home/hephaestus/gradle.properties

I assume it's a mistake that gradle.properties is in git, since it's listed in .gitignore. It's currently checked in as a symlink to /home/hephaestus/gradle.properties

Thanks for pointing this out. This is resolved by #238, which I hope to get back to soon – I've been travelling for the past several weeks.
