Openvpn dashboard counter: disconnected client tunnels are counted as connected

The dashboard counter for active OpenVPN tunnels appears to count a disconnected OpenVPN client tunnel as connected.

Steps to reproduce

1. Configure an OpenVPN client tunnel on the machine.
2. Disconnect the tunnel.
3. Open the dashboard and check the active OpenVPN tunnel counter.

Expected behavior

Disconnected OpenVPN client tunnels should not be counted as active.

Actual behavior

The dashboard still counts the disconnected tunnel client as connected.

1. Log in to NethSecurity
2. Configure an OpenVPN client tunnel on the machine.
3. Connect the tunnel and check on the dashboard that on the firewall there is 1 enabled tunnel and 1 connected
4. Disconnect the tunnel.
5. Open the dashboard and check the active OpenVPN tunnel counters is correct (1 enabled tunnel and 0 connected tunnel)
