503 error after upgrade to NS 7

I just have a quick question on this issue. Do you have any idea why uploading in NS7 would cause 503 errors? I kept the same working code from 6.7.8 and everything on the server side remained the same but I got 503 errors.
NS 6.7.8 works just fine.
