ME macro issues

Describe the bug

-Update marine energy macros for variable name changes applied in version upgrade script
-For report generator, update table export features to not ask for a file.

Current workaround:

• cancel on file selection prompt to continue script
• paste 'projectContingency = get('project_contingency_cost');' on row 410 of ME Wave Report macro

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run ME Wave LCOE Calculator
2. Click on Macros
3. Scroll down to ME Wave Report, Run macro
4. See error
