We have seen quite high bootingwithdiscoveryimage time. Some systems routinely take more than 30 minutes.

We'd have to decide if they always should be disabled if we do it in code, since the code can't have an opinion on one deployment and remove the flexibility from other deployments. I think this is an optimization of what the host does, so I'm inclined to make it a P2, but I'll let Krish prioritize (since you mentioned him I assumed you two have talked)

@ajf Yes, this was originally an NVBug (P2) that I had Feng convert into a GitHub issue since it was a feature request.
