Currently, you can reprovision DPUs from the forge-admin-cli like:

forge-admin-cli dpu reprovision set --id 'host-id'

This is not possible via the REST API, so we must use the forge-admin-cli any time a DPU needs to be reprovisioned.

Feature Description

As a system adminstrator, I want to be able to reprovision DPUs from the REST API so that I have a one-stop-shop (NiCO REST) for all my host administration.

I don't think so. This is simply API parity

Well, the API we're exposing is to be able to do DPU reprovisioning via REST API in that other issue. Not doing DPU reprovisioning automatically.
