ecosim.R documentation review notes and questions. There are a lot of functions here so I'm making a list to get the big picture before editing the file

@sgaichas, are you still planning to merge the ecosim_multistep.R and ecosim.R files?
I have reviewed the rsim.step() function documentation.

@biadias I'm a little nervous removing comments, e.g. "Need to subset here" means I used an additional step that at first glance at the code may seem unneeded, so this explains why the extra step. @sgaichas I think the WILL REMOVE should be reviewed/discussed separately, I'm not sure we want to lock things to default (or when that plan was made).

@kaydin sounds good, I will leave mscramble, mhandle, and preyswitch as @params in rsim.params and describe them; no changes to code will be made.

Thanks @biadias! I saw your PR; at this point would it be easier for me to finish the rest of the ecosim.R documentation update separately, have it come in as a separate PR, and then they can be merged after both are approved? What is easiest for you @kaydin?
