How to adjust the gate for each sample in a GatingSet for the same channel?

Thanks for the package.

I like the tutorial - very detailed and easy to follow, but I did not find the option to adjust the gate for each sample in the GatingSet individually.

My aim is to draw a positive gate for each of the samples exists in my GatingSet for the channel "PE", then somehow mark the gated events with a unique identifier for each sample so that when I convert the GatingSet back to flowSet I can pull these gated cells/events using these unique identifiers from each sample in downstream analysis.

Would you mind giving me some pointer to do this?

Probably you have already moved from this, but I'll give some answers.

You can assign and "regate" for each sample by subseting the GatingSet argument that is passed to the gs_gate_interactive command. For example, if you want to adjust (regate) the second sample:

gs_gate_interactive(gs[[2]], subset = "root", filterId = "cells", dims = list("FSC-A", "SSC-A"), regate=T)
