A page for setting up EEG systems

I think of having a new sub-section in the Technical documentation on setting up the BV EEG System, OpenBCI system, and etc. We all can contribute to this sections as we more learn and use these systems. These sections can even include the errors we face, thereby enabling other researchers who face the same difficulties solve their issues rather quickly.

@kianooshhosseini I think this is a great idea. Please take the lead and begin work on a new dev branch. I suggest "eeg-setup-kia" for the branch name. The main wiki readme provides details on how to create a new page, but please don't hesitate to reach out to me if the instructions aren't clear!

Great! We are taking notes of almost all the steps we take in setting up the EEG system. In the end, we can make the notes more structured and put them on our wiki as I suggested.
