When looking at NodeNorm logs on Sterling, it's pretty clear that we never get more than 3,000 CURIEs per request (or maybe we fail on processing that). It might be useful to set a hard limit, maybe set to that but liable to change in the future if needed. Before we do so, we should update the log analysis and see if we can estimate when that number will be an issue.
