If there already exists a page with the same URL for the same template name, how do we handle it?
If you have "previewData" turned off, then we should send an error notification and do nothing.
If they do preview the data, we should do something to let them know that they are going to override. Maybe alter the preview data component to have 3 columns and show both the old and the new values?
