Investigating a separate window crash

A separate window through the extended notifications feature causes a crash and black screen

To Reproduce (复现步骤)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Pengeek settings 'system > notifications'
2. Turn on 'add new features to the notification'
3. Open any notification via the extended menu in a separate window
4. See error
