Describe The Bug

Spike strips are in the 3rd item slot, change to 5
When another police officer picks up your spike strip you don't get them back so you have to rejoin the job to get another set.

To Reproduce

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error

Expected Behavior

Spike strips should be in the 5th slot
You should get your spike strips back when another officer picks them up.
