Plot images needed for certain genes in longterm muscle

Prior to the initial release, David Amar pointed out the following:

Runs have completed, there are a few genes that failed in longterm_muscle - but these are only a few, so I will debug later

The tally of plot image files does confirm that:

longterm_muscle input tables - total: 14299
longterm_muscle plot images - total: 13924

Some analyses failed because of internal R optimization issues.
I solved a part of the issue, the remaining cases are rare and probably occur in genes without results anyway.

The numbers improved but only a little bit to 13998 png files, so I still want to check a few more cases.

@david-dd-amar Not sure whether you are aware of this. In the latest longterm_muscle gene stats *.tsv file, there are only 14037 entries while there are currently 14299 input tables in production.
