We currently can assign tags on the student level, but not on a whole group. Assigning a tag to a group would mean applying that tag from the group view to all active students currently in the group.
Probably a button of some kind that shows the options for possible tags to be applied ( we should be careful that we don't shows tags which are not shared and belong to a different organization )
