Persist inline workflow scripts to disk

On workflow tool invocation with inline script, persist:

• ~/.pi/agent/workflow-runs//script.js
• ~/.pi/agent/workflow-runs//task.json (status, scriptPath, snapshot summary)

Used as input to resume and to the /workflows manager. Update task.json on status transitions.
