Change default h_0 in fluid sources, especially flue gas

Default h_0 almost never works for any simulation, we always need to input another one manually for the simulation to converge. It is a recurring source of error (for me at least) + a major pitfall for beginner users

What is the default value ? And which new value you would recommend ?
