In the default campaign start date of 3151, Wolf Empire and Scorpion Empire are on the map, with territory, under the proper names, but are not selectable as a campaign start force. Starting in 3143, Clan Wolf, while still existing on the map as a faction with territory, stops being selectable as a campaign start as well.
