quick onbroading section on main README.md maybe with some (stub) code sample / build flow

Linux kernel headers are patched automatically to be included from C++ sources (tested on Ubuntu/Raspberry arm64, x86 does not work yet - simply because I prefer arm but I promise to support x86 as well).

I have not investigated though it's at least not too foolish to imagine there maybe a way to not touch system files, maybe with a wrapper 'toolchain'

Thanks for ideas! Do not have a lot of time for it now, but would be glad to accept your help if you add anything like onboarding, etc. Otherwise I'll take into account when return to active development in this project.

Not sure understand what you mean by the wrapper toolchain, please clarify.
