This file seems to be a modified version of https://github.com/seehuhn/mt19937/blob/d07252b9f9df0ef5c7962d97b77ba058b572c624/mt19937.go which I wrote in 2013 and which carries my copyright. You are welcome to use my code, but you will need to comply with the terms of the license, which is the GNU General Public License version 3 for this file.
