Post math data workshop consolidation

This is a top level issue combining all the TODOs. @kohlhase

Critical (should be completed as soon as possible, such as beginning of September)

• Consolidate all TODOs (meta and technical).
• Write data.mathhub.info documentation (copy from report, consolidate internal documentation, add anything missing).
• Copy content from math data workshop to more permanent homes (including TODOs)
• Consolidate codecs

Important

• Issue: Refactor and rebrand MathHub
• Dataset submission

Don't forget

• Separate out potential bachelor projects (possibly via an issue tracker label?)
