User seed & stripe subscription settings

- User can view history of seed credits & debits in settings
- User can select how long their personal seeds stay on their account, before being gifted to the community seeds if unused after that time (3 months, 1 year default, 2 years).
- Link to manage their stripe subscription (cancel/modify), donate more, etc.
