## Permissions Used

### host_permissions: <all_urls>
- **Purpose:** Detect and replace Flash content on any website
- **Data accessed:** Only reads Flash/SWF elements on pages
- **Data stored:** None
- **Data transmitted:** None

### activeTab
- **Purpose:** Inject Ruffle emulator when Flash content is detected
- **Data accessed:** Current tab URL only when extension is activated
- **Data stored:** None

### scripting
- **Purpose:** Inject content scripts to enable Flash playback
- **Data accessed:** None
- **Data stored:** None

### storage
- **Purpose:** Store user preferences (enable/disable extension)
- **Data accessed:** Only extension settings (on/off toggle)
- **Data stored:** Locally on your device only

## Third-Party Services
This extension uses the Ruffle Flash emulator (open-source, MIT/Apache 2.0 licensed).
Ruffle operates entirely within your browser and does not transmit data to external servers.
