I appreciate your work on the Seg.A. challenge. I’d like to run the final trained model locally for research purposes. Could you kindly provide the pre-trained weights or final model checkpoint? Additionally, any setup instructions would be greatly helpful. Thank you for your time!

As it was quite a long time ago - I am not perfectly sure which config from the runet.py was used to create the model (just check which one does not throw an error when loading this checkpoint - also remember to change the respective output size to (400x400x400). You can find an example on how to perform the inference in the "inference" folder.
