Procy to schism framework shift

Motivation

Procy was substancially different from the target framework we discussed, the simplest thing was rewriting it, and give it a different name.

Summary of changes

• Rename and reshape the Procy framework into Schism
• Add the Schism CLI, factory, installer, server, store, and UI
• Update project metadata and documentation for the Schism workflow

Notes

there are still some issues with the framework:

• feedback given is often too specific hardly generalizes
• tools are not yet session specific
