How to format external driver

Need to talk about the correct formatting of the external drive used by docker. For example, windows formatted drives may mount, but can't be used correctly.

For Vfat and fat, permissions cannot be updated after the drive is mounted. Docker service can only run with root permissions. So it will crash when the docker folder is placed on the Sd drive.
