Add earthaccess notebook to search docs

While working on #584 I noticed that we don't reference earthaccess in the search section of the MAAP docs. I know we use it a lot in various tutorial notebooks though. Should we replace references to the maap-py granule search with earthaccess?

Yes but we should redirect to VEDA docs, aside from stashing secrets for DPS jobs, nothing is MAAP specific.
