Connection to comfyui with Login Node

Describe the Issue
I would like to add support to koboldcpp regarding accessing comfyui instances with a login node.
The change requires adding an HTTP header with a bearer token.
The changes would be similar to what can be seen at
city96/ComfyUI_NetDist#44

Currently kobold is unable to connect to ComfyUI instances when ComfyUI-Login is active.

If I create a patch, would you consider it for merging?

It would be for https://github.com/lostruins/lite.koboldai.net . That repo is where the UI development takes place. KoboldCpp is downstream from it.
