Auto-select account with closest weekly usage limit reset

It would be awesome if the auto-selection logic could be based on the account with the closest date for the weekly usage limit.

That would make it easier to automatically pick the account whose weekly usage limit reset is coming up soonest, instead of requiring manual selection.
