Subject: [PATCH] docs: link the Headless Roadmap project board

All 44 open issues are on the board at orgs/LockInTime/projects/1, grouped by
the milestone for their roadmap phase. Referenced from the README, AGENTS.md,
and the backlog so contributors find it from whichever surface they start on.
