I should have realized it from the screenshot, but the issue is you're on Windows 10 22H2 (19045). This is not currently supported. I can try to allow the code to work on outdated systems, but it's not going to be officially supported.

Note, this is a dev build and is not properly signed. Once I have confirmation that it works I can merge. Thanks.
