Importing theme I exported does not keep all system images

I have Arcade and Neo-geo with the same system reference (FBN) as well as Sega Genesis, 32x, and Segacd (MD). I had individual icons for each system however when I imported the theme after export it only applied the first icon and skipped the additional systems that used the same tag. Is there a possible fix for this?

So I made a work around for this by copying the MD pak files and settings and making a new one for SEGACD so it would have a separate reference. I did the same for FBN arcade and NEOGEO. It seems the emu tag has to be different even if different roms can use the same emulator.

I was having these same issues too, just released version 3.0. Give that a try, and if it's still not working, we can take a look at your log file and see what's going on, because it's definitely the path mappings that are the problem
