Add More unit test

• Improve the coverage and put the common method related to paper cup in the lib, to help to build unit test in the app.
• Setup some coverage tool
• Reach 100% coverage (or close to 100% no need to test unneeded things just to have big numbers...)
• Run test for python 2.7 and 3.x
