Path tool: Popup menu location not at cursor (headless X11)

Setup

• Can be reproduced in the IIC-OSIC-TOOLS container, tag next (e.g. X11 via start-x.sh)
• only happens in headless X11 mode

Steps to reproduce

• create a new layout
• select layer Metal3.drawing
• activate Path tool
• draw path
• press 'o'
• now a popup menu appears with the via choices
• EXPECTED: popup menu to appear at cursor
• OBTAINED: popup menu at top-left window corner

I tried to reproduce the problem with the "next_release" branch of the IIC-OSIC-TOOLS docker and Ubuntu 24.04 as host system. However, in that combination there is no issue with the popup location:

I have a 4k high-DPI screen.

The code responsible for the popup uses the Qt's standard QWidget::mapToGlobal. The actual implementation inside Qt is not easy to read, but there is X11 protocol involvement and maybe there is a problem when the host system is MacOS for example? Some X11 server implementation issue?
