After enabling the 'Always Show Scrollbars' accessibility option in Gnome, several text views are unusable or their size aren't ideal. It seems to me that when that option is enabled, the text view size should increase in order to make room for the now visible scrollbars rather than the scrollbars eating up the view's content.
