The main issue with Hashflare that everybody faces is the .05 minimum withdrawal. It's not so much a problem that this is too high, the problem is that they do not state anywhere on their website what happens when there is left over in your account when the contract expires. The support team often emails people telling them that they can request their money at the end of their contract, but they offer no explanation of the mechanism for doing so, or state this publicly on their website.
A reputable company clearly explains the terms of a contract, and does not change the terms of the contract after the contract is signed. Hashflare are not clearly explaining the terms of how people will get their money back at the end of the contract.
