How to remove clusters/Cluster subsets

Hi,

thank you for this very nice package! It works nicely and the vignette has been really well written and instrumental in implementing the package.

I have some clusters I would like to remove so I can focus on a certain cell population (e.g. T cells etc). How do I remove the unwanted clusters? The function subsetCYT is meant to subset cells and not clusters as I understood it - is there a way to do that for clusters as well?
