Containerization of LAD software

Lets containerize and start using the containers for LAD workflow.

For admins:
a. Start using release and tags for LADLib.
b. Put the hcana release as dependencies.

Containers options:

1. LADlib + hcana + analyzer(and all its dpendencies)
2. lad_replay + LADlib + hcana + analyzer(and all its dependencies)
   (for this lad_replay should also be tagged and container workflow goes into lad_replay)
