docs(home-lab): network topology page (needs sanitized diagram from user)

Goal

Create a Mintlify docs page covering the home lab network topology.

Why this needs user input

This page needs:

1. Sanitized diagram — UniFi gateway, VLANs, Proxmox bridges, bond layout. The diagram should show real structure but no real IPs/MAC addresses/SSIDs. Claude cannot create this without knowing the actual topology.
2. Naming conventions — VLAN IDs, bridge names, what each subnet is for. These exist in the user's head + UniFi config; not derivable from public repos.
3. Trust boundaries — which VLAN can reach which? IoT vs trusted vs guest vs server-LAN.
