Provide convenience methods for registering multiple types at once

• Register all types in a namespace
• Register all types in a DbContext
• Register all types that have some new custom attribute

I'm not sure whether these should go on ModelManager or not. If we use the fluent configuration system in #62 they might make more sense to go there.
