screen blocked during gameplay by other screens (v0.7-beta)

v0.7-beta on linux
i was alt tabbed for about 3 seconds when it went into the break the targets screen, and it persisted and blocked the screen, but still was playable just with no visuals. i could still control and sd to get out of the stage.

this doesnt have a consistent way to reproduce but ive had it happen in liek 3 different ways in different places, and one time i think i had it happen in versus mode too. it doesn't have to do with being alt-tabbed, it just seems like a random thing

if i have this happen again ill try to get a clean log file of it, any time i had it happen randomly before i was alredy trying to produce a different issue
