Update NavalBattle to 1.1. The following must be done:
- Bump version and version code in Constants.java
- Build and verify jar with debug mode disabled
- Update RoketGamer metadata
- Update release notes on website
- Upload jar to host
- Update update.xml in the repo with brief release notes and link to full website release notes
