Description

Doubleword Control Layer is an open-source (Apache-2.0, Rust) AI model gateway that provides unified access to LLMs across endpoints behind a single authentication layer, with API key generation, user management, and request logging. It sits alongside the existing LLM Router entries (LiteLLM, bifrost, Portkey AI Gateway).

Opened via the recommended Project Request flow per @kerthcet in #487 so the pipeline can generate the entry (logo/badges) correctly; the manual PR #487 will be closed in favour of this issue.
