rust-norion is an open-source Rust research-engineering prototype for the control layer around AI/LLM runtimes: model/tool routing, memory gates, runtime adapter boundaries, evidence gates, rollback, trace/reporting, and auditable self-evolution.

It is not a production inference engine. The closest LLMOps fit appears to be orchestration around evolutionary/self-improving agent systems.
