Cannot add a service to an impact analysis

Hello,
I have installed the plugin and when I created a service, the impact analysis tab did not appeared. I have installed GLPI v9.5.5, Mariadb 10.5.10, Apache 2.4.6, PHP 7.2 and all the requiered dependecies on a CentOS-7 machine. Any suggestions?

Can you write a configuration guide for CMDB? the configuration management function of this plugin seems not combine with ticket/change.

Hello, this plugin is not visible to open a ticket/problem/change in the assistance module.
Is supposed to view a NEW TICKET button here.

Solved after finding the right configuration in ADMINISTRATION>PROFILE>XXXX>ASSISTANCE>ASSOCIATION. Just select the item service.
