Can we get pre-commit.ci enabled for this repo? I think you have to have permissions for INTERSECT-training to do it. It should only be enabled for repos that support it (not all repos).

We can put the pre-commit in as a workflow which triggers on PRs.

Pre-commit.ci autofixes, though, and autoupdates. That makes it much less annoying for contributors.

Let's leave this open for beyond the workshop. Hopefully the pre-commit hooks running locally will get us most of the way.
